2. That you are not a relative of or employee of Zona Health or its affiliates.
3. That you have not received any compensation from Zona Health or its affiliates.
4. That you grant Zona Health permission to use these statements that include, but are not limited to, internet, radio, print and television advertising.
5. That if you discontinue use of the Zona Plus you will make efforts to inform Zona Health and its affiliates to ensure compliance with Truth in Advertising regulations. |
